- Items availability is based on a first come first served basis.
- Price quoted includes US sales tax, US shipping, US to Malaysia Shipping, Malaysian custom tax and handling fees. Therefore, all listed price is at the lowest we can offer.
COMMUNICATION
- Most communication between you and us will be sent and received through email.
PAYMENT
- Once order is confirmed, payment is expected within 48 hours.
- Once purchase is made, no cancellation, no changes and no returns.
- Deposit and payment paid is not refundable and will be forfeited.
- We will fully refund your amount paid if the particular item was out-of-stock.
- For now, We accept payment through CIMB and MBB only. Account details will be given after the order is confirmed.
- To avoid fraud, please attach all the payment details (Print-screen image, resit, reference number, time and amount transferred).
- Failed to indicate the payment details, your item (s) will not be posted.
INSTALLMENT PLANS
- We offer CASH installment plans with 0% charges.
- Payment schedule will be given. Kindly email us for further information.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you did not make any payment as agreed. Your deposit paid will be forfeited.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- For pre-order items, shipping from US takes 2-3 weeks to arrive. Shipping period is just estimation, subject to Royal Malaysia Customs inspection and clearance.
Please be patient for any circumstance delay. Your patience is very much appreciated :)
- We will responsible for any loss during international shipping period .
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Domestic shipping is done via Pos Laju. Once the item is delivered, we will email the tracking number.
- Pos Laju takes 1-3 working days to ship the items.
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss of package during domestic shipping.
- Pre-order items will be shipped after full payment is received.
- In-stock items will be shipped immediately upon payment. (weekend & public holiday not included).
- Prices are NOT INCLUDED POSTAGE unless stated otherwise.
- Postage : RM5 (Small items)
: RM10-15 (Big items) - Shipping to Singapore, Indonesia & Brunei will be advised.
DELIVERY TIME
- We deliver everyday.
- Sorry, we are unable to COD the items.
WARRANTY
- As we are purchased all items from US. Hence, warranty considered as void here.
- We will thoroughly inspect the physical conditions of all items before shipping to ensure items are in excellent condition without any defect.
AUTHENTICITY
- If you are in doubt, please verify with the respective brand's boutique. If the authenticity is proven, please provide an official letter of disapproving the authenticity from the brand and we are so humble to refund your money.
- Letters should be handed to us within 3 days after you received the item (s).
ORDERS
- By placing an order, you agreed to be bound by our terms and conditions.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS :
- Deposit 50% - 70% is required.
- Balance shall be paid within a week after we received your items.
- Full payment accepted.
IN-STOCK ITEMS :
- Full payment is required.
SPECIAL ORDER :
- We are taking order for certain major brands from US and Europe.

- The order must clearly stated : Product , code, pictures, price, color and link of the specific items.
